Home > QuickPoll > Genetically Modified Ice Cream

Unilever has applied to market a biotech ice cream in the U.K. Biotech because it involves the genetic modification of a fish called ocean pout. (Click here to read more.) Unilever says this will create more intense flavor, better texture and fancy shapes.
