Sautéed Bok Choy, Mango and Watermelon Ingredients 1 tsp of rice vinegar 2 pieces of bok choy 1 garlic clove 1 mango 2 oz. of watermelon 4 pieces of seedless white grapes 1 red onion, peeled 1 tsp of dry coconut shavings (optional)
Sautéed Bok Choy, Mango and Watermelon Steal This Recipe® step-by-step Instructions 1. Dice mango and watermelon 2. Cut the red onion and grapes in quarters 3. Remove the root of the bok choy and clean the leaves in cold water adding 1 teaspoon of rice vinegar 4. In a hot sauté pan coated with olive oil cook at medium heat, in order, the mango, red onion, grapes, finished by the watermelon (this should take 6 minutes) 5. Simultaneously, steam the bok choy 5. Salt and pepper the fruits and vegetables in the sauté pan and finish with rice vinegar 6. Reserve until needed
