In another bowl marinate the diced onion, chile chipotle puree, lime juice and a pinch of salt for 15 minutes 3. Then add the cilantro and avocados to the marinating ingredients 4. Mash the ingredients together 5. Add salt if needed 6. Sprinkle the queso fresco on top and serve with warm tortillas or chips
