This is a 4-part recipe: Artichoke Salad Wine Bouillon Portobello Mushroom Parmesan Sauce
Wine Bouillon 1 quart water - $ .0 1 c. white wine - $ .45 1 juiced lemon - $ .25 1/3 clove sliced shallot - $ .16 1/3 sprig Thyme - $ .03 1 tbsp. fresh parsley - $ .03 2 crushed garlic clove - $ .12 1/2 tsp. Fennel Seed - $ .05 1/2 tsp. chili flake - $ .04 Combine above ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer over medium high heat; reduce liquid down to two cups.
