This is a 6-part recipe:
Lamb Loin
Black Lentils
Semolina Cake
Grilled Ratatouille
Meat Reduction
Wine Reduction

Black Lentils Ingredients
2 Tbsp grapeseed oil
2 cup black lentils
1/2 cup yellow bell peppers, diced very small
1/2 cup red bell peppers, diced very small
1/2 cup onions, diced very small
1/2 cup celery, diced very small
1/2 cup leeks, diced very small
3 cups chicken stock
1 ea. Rosemary sprigs
1 ea thyme sprigs
2 ea bay leaves
Salt
Pepper

Black Lentils Steal This Recipe® step-by-step Instructions
1) In a sauce pot, heat the grape seed oil
2) Add the lentils and toast for 2 minutes
3) Add the vegetables, herbs, and bay leaves and cook for 3 minutes
4) Add chicken stock and cook until the lentils are cooked all the way, then set aside
