Love sour cream? Join the Clover Sour Cream Recipe Contest for Southern California Residents. Participants must use Clover Stornetta Farms regular, Light, or Fat Free Sour Cream in their recipes. Use your imagination! Try the delicious sour cream in appetizers, entrees, vegetables or desserts.
Participants must list all ingredients, quantities, cooking temperatures and times, and number of people the recipe will serve. The panel of recipe judges will include Carlo Cavallo, Executive Chef/Owner of Sonoma-Meritage Restaurant; Bob Nemerovski, Culinary Director of Ramekins Sonoma Valley Culinary School; and other celebrated Wine Country chefs. The grand prize winner will receive a deluxe trip for two to the Wine Country, including lodging at The Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa in Sonoma, dinner on the Napa Valley Wine Train, a visit to a Clover Stornetta Farm, and airfare. Winning recipes will be published on the Clover website. Entries must be submitted by December 31, 2003.
